Is This Role the Right Fit for You?

While our coaching positions are deeply rewarding, they are also uniquely challenging. Here are a few considerations to help determine if this opportunity aligns with your strengths and current circumstances:

You find it difficult to navigate challenging situations

This role requires setting and maintaining healthy boundaries while fostering compassionate, professional relationships with both students and their families. If navigating these dynamics feels overwhelming, this position may not be the best match at this time.

Your availability is inconsistent

Our students thrive with structure and reliable support. If your schedule is frequently changing due to travel or other commitments, it may be difficult to provide the consistency our coaching relationships depend on.

You are seeking a less challenging role

This position can be demanding and requires a high level of professional resilience. Our student population struggles with procrastination and follow-through which requires true patience and empathy on the part of our coaches.  If you are not looking for a role that challenges and pushes you to grow, this might not be the right fit.

Ready to Inspire Change?

Becoming a coach with GEL means more than just taking a job—it’s joining a community that values learning, connection, and lasting impact.

Apply today and help us shape brighter futures—one coaching session at a time.
